Will it fit on this motherboard from Asrock?
If not...are the Mini-ITX moterboards supporting the BCM970012 card?

That motherboard has an Nvidia Ion GPU which will handle the video (at least under XBMC Live/linux) no need for the Crystal HD card.

As to whether it would work on the motherboard probably not without some kind of PCI-Express to mini PCI-Express adapter (like this or this) so the Crystal HD could be inserted in the only PCI-E slot. With the mini pci-e adapter you should be able to use the Crystal HD card in any motherboard which has a PCI-e slot.

Can I put the Crystal HD card in an Acer Aspire R3610 REVO?
I want to use the Crystal HD card under windows 7 instead of DSPlayer.

Will it work?

What do you hope to gain using crystalHD on a system that already has a HW video decoder? They do the exact same thing.

Yes it should as you can see from picture here I believe it does have an internal mini pci-e slot which is occupied by the wireless card which you'd have to remove of course.
