hello again
i tried to scan my audio archive and i noticed that
it ignores the id3 tag in my .m4a files.
and i wonder why is that?

guess that reading the info from this kind of files is not supported.
read the xbmc online-manual, faq and search the forums before posting! do not e-mail the xbmc-team asking for support!
read/follow the forum rules! note! team-xbmc never have and never will host or distribute ms-xdk binaries/executables!

Smile but isnt it odd?
because as far as i know it stores id3 tags in the same way
as a mp3 does. so what i was thinking is that maybe the scan
simply assumes that it dont have a id3 tag, without looking.
could that be?

p.s if not you can delete this and il do a feature request or maybe
i should refer to feature req "[ 817124 ] more id tag formats support via "tag" code"?

yea sure, thanx.
but who did the coding for the scan/"id3v2 tag" feature, maybe he/she can tell me if the scan assumes there is no id3 tag in m4a files...
