Debug bios on a tsop flashed 1.2?

Lightbulb
well, i built my first xbmc from the v1.1.0 source bundle, and am having a root around the code - i'd like to get a proper debug environment up and running before getting stuck in.

i am lucky enough to have a "spare" xbox, a v1.2 i flashed the tsop using 007 auf, and was about to sitck the debug bios on there and suddenly had a thought - if i put this on, is there any way back?

with the debug bios on the xbox as it's tsop, is there any exploit that can be used to get back to another bios? can you run things lie evox on the debug bios?

i'm hoping to contribute some code for home automation purposes into the project - the xpl protocol, which opens up networkable ir control, x10 devices, osd of callerid, local weather station input, the works - but if this is a one way trip for my xbox, then i'll have to wait till i can get a modchip :|

any advice kindly received!

if you have a working modded xbox, you don't need to reflash your tsop with any other bios, ever. just install the xdk on your xbox (don't use the recovery option or you're screwed! see appropriate thread for more) then use the phoenix bios loader to load the complex debug bios (or any other bios you want to try out for that matter) in memory and wala, you've got a debug xbox.
