I realize there is no VOB/iso support for encrypted content due to no libdvdcss. However I have Unencrypted iso's that also will not play due the the error:
Encrypted DVD support unavailable.

For some reason it thinks my iso's are encrypted and they are not. To confirm this I extracted the VIDEO_TS folder and XBMC was able to play the VOB's in it.
