I am running xbmc on a sumvision cyclone nano and want to use it to my LAN. At the same network I have 2 AppleTV2 both running XBMC.

The 2 ATVs share a common library that is stored on a Synology NAS where a MySQL database is running and the common library between them is running without any problem.

My question is how can I add the XBMC on the Cyclone Nano to use the same common library.

For ATV2 I just added the file advancedsettings.xml with the MySQL details and it worked.

How is this done on an Android TV box??

The same way. See userdata (wiki) for the location of the userdata folder on Android. You might have to poke around a bit, because it seems to change slightly from device to device. Also, all XBMC installs have to be running the same XBMC version for MySQL sharing to work, otherwise each version will just create it's own database and only share with other XBMC boxes of that version (isolated libraries).
