my birthday is coming up and I am thinking of buying myself one of these android boxes

there are so many devices and so many threads these days I cant decide
here is what I am looking for

..under $100.00 or close
..smooth xbmc
..1080p playback h264/divx in mkv/mp4/ any other format without stutters
..down-mix audio the best my receiver can do is ac3
..works with usb hub so I can add usb ports
..ntfs i have a 4tb and no where to move files too
..Bluetooth & wireless N
..access to play store I would like netflix and hulu app
..good community support & interest
..xbmc updates hopefully from xbmc.org
..rootable
..will work with air mouse remote/dongle
..HDMI-CEC

also I wouldn't mind being able to play old n64 games with ps3 controller or tomee n64 usb controller

I am currently looking at the G-Box Slav, ouya or anything eles

I don't know of any android box that has all of those. Heck, I don't know of any Android box with full CEC support that works with XBMC. Pivos has the hardware to do CEC, but I hear the software part is still being worked out. Ouya is another good option, but I have no idea about audio passthrough or CEC.
