I just re-installed windows 7 and xbmc. xbmc was working fine prior, and now there is major graphical issues when using the menus and graphical overlays of the videos.

Any thought as to why this would be happening?

I am using Intel HD on board graphics.

I have an image for of the issue at hand, but can't attach it in this post.

Not sure if you're seeing the same problem I had, but the transparent faded overlays on my movie fanart were causing corrupted horizontal lines, and there were minor issues on the menu. The problem seemed to be the latest video drivers from Intel. I found the solution in a thread somewhere on here (can't remember where right now)... but the name of the new drivers is "Win64_153117" - if you google it you'll find them.
