That looks like you grabbed it from my xbmc github. Its got some other stuff ive been working on in it.

The patches from the first post should work.
I'm abandoning this, but see here for one better

Shouldn't we use the github patch at all for Helix?

I hope this gets adopted upstream, works perfect here.
