Hi!

I tweaked the Confluence skin so that the menu went up again.
There is one thing I couldn't manage to fix nice, and that's the subtitle menu. It flickers sometimes, and the placement of it is too low when there is no subtitle in the movie. If there is a subtitle, the placement of the menu is OK.
