add source path in xbmc file manager over command line or python

Hi!
I need a little help with adding source path to file manager, over command line or with python.

So why i need this, because after installation i want to set my drives automatically with some sort of script, so if someone can point me in right direction where i can find that sort of information i will be very grateful

Until thats in you are forced to parse and alter the sources.xml
