Built up a computer for the in-laws this weekend and did a brand-new install of Isengard (15.2) with the Neon skin available from the repository, and I'm still seeing the same issue. I have to revert back to Confluence every time I want to add or re-scan a source.

Not sure why the version was never updated... but if you do the changes posted by Bumpaneer, they work.
Go to your .kodi/addons/skin.neon/720p
Edit the 3 files, with the changes.
The first column is the line number.
Remove the Red - lines.
Add the Green + lines.
As always, back up the files before changing them.. so if it doesn't work you can put them back in place.

tried that solution some time ago. Made no difference here unfortunately.
