This annoying "feature" is alive. Again.

I complained about it in:

It was definitely solved and now raised from the dead

Installed latest Kodi 15.2 beta 2 and here we are again:

* I get spammed with this "Lost connection to vdr server" message again

Same behavior as in http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=218081 already mentionend.

hmm, last time I fixed it was not in vnsi code. maybe it broke again in general addon handling. I think the best is that I just add a config switch to disable popup messages for vnsi.
