I think the Google music plugin playlist functionality may not be working correctly in v17; when a playlist is selected the 'Next Tracks' does not populate (but does so correctly when playing an album).

The above was on Kodi v17 nightly with default Estuary skin, on Max OSX.

I don't think anyone here has any knowledge of how Google Music plugin works. I would suggest:

1. Start a new thread for this
2. Upload a debug (wiki) log to pastebin when you are loading this playlist so at least we have some idea what is happening. Be sure to turn on any debug options in the Google Music addon when doing this.

I use "pandoki" plugin for Pandora, and I do get next tracks in Estuary visualisation window for this plugin.

I did post it over in the related add-on forum, but moved it here due to this comment from user foreverguest (which I linked above)

I think this is a bug in Kodi.
When I start playing one song and the option 'Play next song automatically' in Kodi settings is enabled, Kodi shows 'Next Tracks' but when I return a playlist already populated with various songs, it doesn't.
So, the list of songs is available for showing but Kodi ignores it.

Any ideas if this is a Kodi Music problem, or the add-on, as wherever I post I get suggested to post elsewhere!

Well it is addon related because it happens with a playlist of streamed music from Google Music, while a playlist of local songs created from the music library doesn not have this issue.

But it could involve some aspect of core Kodi and the way that it supports playlists of streamed music, or even generally playlists via JSON API. The latter is something I may eventually look at, but I don't have time at the moment.

Sorry if you are feeling bounced about, truth is there probably isn't any one around with knowledge or skills and spare time to look into this. Unless some new person volunteers and can figure it out unsupported just from looking at the vast Kodi code.
