Hi all,

First time poster - I've been able to find answers to any questions I've had so far from existing threads, but haven't been able to find this. Basically I want to have different naming templates for playlists to songs in album folders.

To explain; when I open a playlist I want the songs to display as Artist - Song, but when I view songs in their albums I want them to display as Track Number. Song.

So as an example using the song 'Paranoid Android' by Radiohead which is track 2 off the album OK Computer, when it comes up as part of a playlist (e.g. party mode) I want it to display as:

Radiohead - Paranoid Android

But when I navigate to the album i.e. Music > Radiohead > OK Computer, I want it to display as:

02. Paranoid Android

Is this possible? Everything I have tried hasn't worked - they always take the same naming template as each other.

You need a skin that support this,

I'm using madnox, there you could set the view for album songs to "right list" and it will show nr. Title

And for playlists you could use the "list view", and it will show artist - titel
