Is there a web browser addon that uses Kodi's audio/video engines?

I would like to find a web browser addon that would let me navigate to video sites not supported by specific addons and then play any video content on the site, but using Kodi's AV engines. Certain lower powered HTPC's won't play videos smoothly in a web browser such as Firefox, especially when using a Linux OS, yet all videos play smooth as silk in Kodi. So basically I'd like to use whatever magic Kodi is doing to play videos from ANY (or nearly any) video site on the web. Does such a thing exist, or would it be possible for some addon developer to create such a thing? (Note I am not interested an an addon that cannot play videos).

No there isn't but browsers such as Chrome and Firefox have plugin that allow you to "push" content to Kodi if the location of the video file is resolvable.
