Just to chime in, if you remove the "Settings" menu item from the main menu you are going to be unable to go back into settings to undo that.
You won't be able to add more addons, adjust anything or change to another skin if you do that. That's why it gives that warning when you try to delete it.
If you really are going to remove "Settings", I suggest that you lookup how to assign a button to open settings or at least create a sub menu item under one of the ones you are keeping to open settings.
