Im looking for /boot/cmdline.txt for kodi so I can edit my Touch screen. Ive found several cmdline.txt files but not the one I need. Here is what im following:

I think you might want /boot/config.txt instead. That's where you set the rotation for the "official" LCD touch screen.

But maybe not. Those instructions say that there should be one line in that file. It doesn't exist by default in Raspbian.
