Hi,
Using libreelec latest on an hp chromebox lookalike. The problem I am seeing is high CPU usage on playback of recorded ( or live) BBC HD.
ts so bad that 1 CPU runs at 100% and then the playback pauses and buffers. I initially thought it was a DVB-T problem or VAAPI ( used for both render and de-interlacing).
However
Playing mythtv file directly over samba from the backend plays as expected, with low CPU.
Similar setup on pi3 plays, through the PVR addon with low CPU:
Mythtv Frontend plays same files low CPU:
Mythtv backend is latest 0.28-fixes.
Full log with initially playing the recording as a Video over samba, and then through the PVR add on. During and at the end of the mythtv.pvr playbackit hits 100% for a while then stalls.
Any Ideas ? This is a real show stopper for me moving from mythtv frontend to Kodi.:

In desperation tried latest millhouse build, it seems to have fixed the BBC HD problem.
