I don't intend to beat up a dead horse, but is long pressing not unintuitive unless shown through a tool-tip or by some other means? Why should users have to look up threads on the internet for simple operations as these?

To learn how to do stuff?

It's the modern equivalent of reading the instruction / operating manual.

I don't find it unintuative but if you feel you have a better solution we are an open source project so feel free to contribute.

Unfortunately, I’ve got the same problem: can’t remove wrongfully added SMB source. Added an extra slash following IP - and now it’s undeletable. Long press doesn’t work with it. Will you kindly advise a way to rid of it? Thank you.

I guess, the single way to do it is editing mediasources.xml in /Userdata. Is that true or is there some another trick inside Kodi interface?
