First let me say this skin is fantastic.  I have one small issue.  When I select a recorded TV show using the submenu under Live TV, nothing happens.  However, if I switch the skin back to Estuary I can play the recordings.  I have attempted to add a new entry to the submenu for "Recordings" and the same behavior occurs.

Can someone provide additional guidance on additional trouble shooting that I should do?

Win 10 Home
Kodi 17.6

On my test system it works. 
It seems to be an issue related to the script.skinshortcuts addon.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the skin and of the addon as well.
