I see that there is an option to fix the capitalization of movie titles based on a regular expression. Can the same mechanism be used to capitalize an entire word? For example: Lego -> LEGO?

I've tried adding a new expression, but it didn't seem to work and I'm not even sure if the expression itself can dictate which letter(s) to capitalize. It's also kind of hard to test since every change will cause EMM to refresh all my media, which takes a long time.

No. The "capitalization fix" option is a single function and has nothing to do with the filter list. The filter list contains regex with things that has to be removed from the file name to get a proper title after the initial scan/db-update that can be used for scraping.
