yes, but it only builds a release version and it doesn't include the dll dependencies like win32setupbuild. i just modified it for my own purposes so that it only installs the english language files, skips the userdata folder, and it copies on top of my "installed" folder

thanks for all the tips guys. I've successfully compiled and created the installer.

However, I am missing Scripts and Plugins. Anything I can to have them integrated into the installer ?
