I am needing to get a list of watched episodes of TV from Kodi (using the API, I guess), that includes ideally the following:

Full path, including filename (or split out between path and filename)
If it is watched
Season
Episode
Episode name

I'm sure it is possible, but I am really having a hard time figuring it out.  Any help would be appreciated!
