I have Kodi 18.5 on LibreElec. My entire network is wired, so no wifi issues. I was playing content with no problem, but one video started buffering this morning. (random video, not a tv show or movie.) I rebooted, had the same issue.

I can't see what would be causing it to buffer. It's not exceptionally large, and it has played fine on previous versions of Kodi.
