Greetings!

I create a smart playlist called "Animation" and enable it as a main menu. Wondering how to add filter option like "recently add", "genre" only apply to the "Animation" playlist . I tried to copy the "movie genre" sub-menu or "genre" in the video node, but obviously it is directed to the entire movie library. It's confusing.

Looking forward to a method. Thanks in advance.🙂

Why you want a genre sub menu item related to the genre "animation"? That makes no sense for me because every animation movie is just a comedy movie...

To show only the recently added movies in this genre is simple. You just need to create another smart playlist with these parameters. And then add this playlist as a sub menu item.

But why to do so? There are not much really good animation movies out there. I've got about 50 in my collection and thats ok for me to simply go to the animation genre to see a list of these films.
