Raspberry Pi3. Libreelec. Tvheadend server and client. Have setup IPTV mixes. Can play streams and record. Can I record one stream and play another channel at the same time? I get the error: no free adapter .

Does your IPTV supplier allow you to stream two channels simultaneously? Many don't (to restrict sharing of subscriptions).
A recording looks identical to viewing a live stream as far as your provider is concerned.
I'm trying to remember if I've solved this in the past when I've implemented transport stream links between TV Headend set-ups. One option is to create a second network with the same IPTV muxes in it, or there may be a tick box you need to tick.
