What is the recommended remote control to use on iOS? I mean an app to run on my iOS device to control a Kodi on a different computer (ie: running LibreElec or on MacOS or Linux).
I used to use Official Kodi Remote by The Kodi Foundation. The last version was 1.5.7, released 3 years ago. I’m not complaining that the version is too old, as it used to work great.
The problem is that the app now frequently crashes. Maybe it needs a recompile for newer iOS versions, or maybe it has suffered from bit rot.
Using the web interface on port 8080 doesn’t work as well.
Any recommendations?
