Hi,

I've build kodi for x64 windows using "cmake -G "Visual Studio 16 2019" -A x64 -T host=x64 %userprofile%\kodi"
But their isn't any exe file or folder named  "debug" or "release" in kodi-build as per github README.
Using BuildSetup.bat is throwing some error on upnp.lib.

Its my first build so I need some help to begin with.
