I have tried the same content with UK VPN and I can play it OK.

I can re-create your same issue by doing one of the following

1) not having a valid paid subscription
2) trying to play that same content from a different location

I can see you navigating the content so assume #2 isn't your issue.
I suggest you check the login your using has a current paid subscription.
Otherwise you can not play back any content

Paste that into https://jwt.io/ and you can see "epid" is 0.
That should not be a 0 for valid subs

oh, that could be it.
I assume you use the "partner login" in the addon?
I am unable to test that as I dont have a login using that.

UPDATE:
Looks like the only partner login available is for Apple TV...
So unsure your logging in with Sky subscription

I dont think you can use the standard Android / website with your Sky sub....

I'm having problem with video playback, I am getting the audio but no video at all.

I ran into this once before and I can't recall how I fixed it, but it's happening with most of the slyguy repo addons.

Cant spot any errors on my side of things unfortunately. Seems it gets a wv license etc. might need try muck around with the android mediacodec Kodi settings etc. not sure sorry

I assumed you have tried rebooting the shield in your testing?

I have. I even reset the inputstream adaptive settings to default, in case they got changed somehow. .

is there anything in the settings relating to h264?  pretty sure I had this issue with Disney+ and once I changed that setting it worked

I am using Kodi v21.1. Installed add-on Paramount+ running the USA programming for streaming TV Shows. When I click on a TV episode it loads fanart and displays streaming menu at the bottom of the screen with good audio, but NO video stream plays. I posted an image on X. Please advise.

If your not setting video output - sounds like a device issue.
Is it a "fake" android box by any chance?
Try changing the Widevine level in addon settings to L3 (instead of Auto)
Also try disabling codecs like H265 etc
