"Only colors..." I think your problem may be in this computer part: gma 3100 intel igpu. It means your pc has now some 15 years old technology in it. Or perhaps 'prehistoric' is a better reference in computer terms. Kodi does not support old hardware indefinitely.
Seeing the log file, your Turkish add-on is also not without problems. Issues in http access (error 412) and such. I suggest you contact its developer(s), and figure out what's going wrong there.

Thanks for coming back. I am aware that the computer is old, do you know which version of kodi is the most suitable for the gma 3100 and the old intel internal display units? On a more up-to-date computer, kodi and the SeyirTÜRK plugin addon work without problems, the problem is that the current version of kodi is gma 3100 and the old intel internal display units not working correctly
