kodi dosent launch.It launches with Sudo though... it does not launch normally.

afaik the version for opensuse is maintained by them and there is no official support for it here, you may have better luck asking on their forums
being that it runs with sudo then it would suggest the permissions are incorrect and the user you are unable to run it as does not have the needed permissions
the crashlog you provided wont show that but the kodi Debug Log would
if you use the advanced method from the link and paste it to https://paste.kodi.tv when attempting to run under the alternate user without sudo there may be something to work with
