Since I upgraded to Windows 11, when I run Kodi in fullscreen mode, Kodi gets pixelated whenever I place another window over it in fullscreen mode.

What's weird is that when I make a screenshot, everything looks fine. And everything works fine as well if I use Kodi in windowed mode.

looks more like a windows problem than a kodi problem

if you notice in your video when the screen goes pixelated the taskbar is visible on the second monitor and is also pixelated so it is not limited to the kodi window

check for updated drivers
check video cables and connections

That reminds me of a driver issue of some AMD cards, don't know if it was fixed. It was acknowledged in driver's release notes.
