Hi all, 

Since my upgrade from Ubuntu 20.X to 22.02/22.04/23.04(current) I am having problems with my server to reproduce any kind of video, it's out of sync all the time, over NFS or local disk/ssd, I read around some problems from other people and I cannot really fix it, I have thermald disable and also IOMMU, I switched between Wayland to X11 without much luck, any idea or advice on this? (I have kodi on a rpi4 and same files over NFS works just fine):

you are running kodi for debian, ubuntu is not debian - install kodi for ubuntu
