I have noticed some odd behaviour when Kodi is playing high bitrate videos. You can see in the attached video how the 'buffer bar' jumps up and down. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? It doesn't happen with lower bitrate videos. I have tried editing the cache settings in advancedsettings.xml to increase the memory size and the readfactor but it doesn't change anything. It happens on Windows and Android. The video still plays without buffering but it just seems strange. Any ideas?
