Hi all, I am writing on this forum for the first time, so first of all thanks for the useful information you always provide to all the less-experienced users (like myself! 
)
I have been using the video add-on World Live TV Helper for several years with no issues whatsoever on two different fire stick devices. Now on one of them, since a couple of months, everytime I try to launch the add-on, I get the following error message:
"World live tv helper error check the log for more information"
The other device is still working fine.
KODI version is 19.1.
I tried deleting the cash --> no results
I tried deleting data and re-install the add-on --> no results
As I said, I am a very basic user so I am currently not even sure where I should go to check the log.
Any help would be really appreciated!
