Hi Tony, thanks for starting the new thread for this new version.

I see that game start location and commercial skip options aren't listed as future aspects here? I'm guessing they are coming, just not mentioned?

Nice work!! Great progress the last couple of days. The new "Live stream by team" feature is nice.
Thanks Cool

The latest version can start beginning or live, in Kodi or on the web, and can also skip commercials in archive games in the web interface.

But yes, more of those features will be gradually added.

The 22+Omega 2 version?

If so, I'm not finding the start options listed after installing that update?

Learn something new everyday. I had no idea there was a separate app for desktop... "plugin.video.mlbserver".. (I only knew about, and used plugin.video.mlbtv-master)
KODI is the best way to watch mlb especially when you prefer watch the games with radio broadcast audio. Often on other apps the feeds are not synced. Using the sync audio feature of KODI along with the awesome mlb plugin is the best thing since sliced bread for this baseball fan.
Thanks again.

Thank you for your hard work in remaking this addon.

Any chance you will implement the skip empty time feature, eg in between innings, on the replays?
I don't watch the games live and the reason I watch on Kodi was so I could auto skip the ad breaks.

Thanks again

That has been fixed in the original addon in this fork: https://github.com/tonywagner/plugin.vid...v2024.7.23

I've been using the original MLB.TV add-on for years.  When MLB changed their API, rather than switching to this add-on, I waited for the fix in the other.  I am still running Matrix and I wasn't ready to update to Omega.

I am now setting up a new box and just installed Omega.  Am I supposed to switch to this version, or should I stay with the original?
