following data modification, refresh all the data present in the kodi database?
#1
hello,
i use kodi on android tv
i use the TINY MEDIA MANAGER software to scrape new entries.
there are small data bugs due to the scrapper (information is missing at the moment)
via the software, I just went back to my media library
it added me to replace the missing elements (like sagas and other artwork)
while the entries already exist in kodi, how do I tell it to replace the existing data with the versions attached to the videos?

thank you

You can try using the Refresh button in the Information screen.

See the image in this section... https://kodi.wiki/view/Basic_controls#Information_Page
It is the bottom button on the right in the image.

isn't there a method to automate the update?
I ask this because from the software, I had the missing information completed (like the sagas)

In file mode, with the video source in focus, the context menu 'change content' under choose information provider, change the scraper to something else 'accept'. Deny the scrape. Re-enter the context menu and revert the scraper to what you desire... 'accept', this time 'scrape'. If Kodi see's the .nfo file with your video it should use that data.

not yet done the manipulation but I understand the principle (it erases the base in kodi)

with regard to software like TINY MEDIA MANAGER which can go back to a film sheet (or batch of film sheets) invisibly for kodi,
maybe in the future, it would be good to add a button to force the refresh according to the data deposited by the user

There already is a 'Refresh' button in the information page. Key is that you must acknowledge the requester that finds local information, deny or use local information. Using local information it will pick up the local data in the .nfo and place it in your library. Use the right arrow key to scroll the options in the default skin.

I find if I go to "videos" "files" node, set order to "date" / "descending" after editing nfos, I go down the list one-by-one to refresh if it isn't too many.  You might want to turn off importing watch/resume from nfo in advancedsettings first, depending on if you sync watch/resume with your nfos (same if you do a bulk update).
