I've gotten an new Raspberry Pi 5 to replace my existing 3.  I've loaded LibreELEC 12.0 and gone through the preliminary questions to get it on my network.  I've double checked that it has an IP address.  When I go to add ons, I open Kodi Add-on repository and get an error Could not connect to repository.

Can we tell if somehow my network is blocking Kodi?

The clock also shows the wrong time so it is blocked as well.  I have adjusted the settings for the correct country and time zone.
