On every other system I have ever run Kodi on, when a recording begins on Tvheadend it displays a banner at the top of the screen showing the recording has started. I just put up the flatpak version of Kodi on Ubuntu 24.04 on a new system, and everything else seems to be working but I am not seeing the banner notifications when PVR recordings start. I always thought there was a setting that controls whether those are displayed, but if so I can't seem to find it - does anyone know where that setting is? Or is there something else you need to do to get them to display in Kodi Omega running on Ubuntu 24.04?
EDIT: It appears they do work if you aren't actually watching anything. Maybe a temporary glitch but I still thought there was some setting that controlled whether those appear or not.
