Hi,

is there a list what stuff XBMC can get from the id3 tags?
I just found old threads about id3 lyrics and pictures.

What im interestet in is how big people make there band/artist, and cover pictures for HDTV's.

I store the pictures in my mp3's so iTunes, WMP, Zune, Zen, iPod work with them. Normaly i make my pictures 300x300 and for the mp3 players its big enough and they look good.

Is there a limitation on picture size (px, bytes) for storing them into the mp3? I can't find anything http://www.id3.org/id3v2.3.0#head-70a65d...7ae35b7155

The other thing is if Zune, Zen, iPod can handle big pictures in mp3's...

Just found this

The ID3 specification includes features that limit the maximum size of a tag including all metadata and all embedded images to a total of 256 MB combined.

But its from a privat site.

I think looks like its enough space. If i add frontcover, backcover, band each 1mb there is still enough room...

So what size do others use for there HDTV?
