I like to have long movie titles/rating lines/director or writer lines scroll to show the entire name, but is there a way to stop it after it scrolls once instead of continuously scrolling?

I don't think so. Wouldn't it look silly if stopped at the end of the text?

well, i was hoping that it would scroll through once then reset at the beginning but not scroll through again.

Isn't that what 'repeat' does?

That's for a textbox, and it's the delay to wait before repeating I think (so wouldn't reset to the start).
