Looking for experiences with ATI 3450 & 4650 and Nvidia GT210 & GT220.

I'm moving PCs (using Win7) and need a low-profile card and these are the lowest priced that have HDMI audio built-in.

Please let me know what you are seeing with XBMC video playback quality and Win7 experience?
