A few weeks ago I was playing around with Transparency’s views trying to add listitem.Plot in file mode. I got bored and stopped trying. I recently discovered I can get info label in file mode, but in a weird way. First I have to press the info button and view the info then press back. Once I have done this the info is displayed. Also the info disappears if I watch a video or if I leave the folder then return. I’ll let the picture show you what I mean.



Now I have no idea how I did this and am hoping someone can tell me how I can make the info appear without having to first press the info button. This is all in file mode

you have to change the source - the reason it's appearing is that we load the additional info when you load the dialog - and hence it would be available for that item. but we do not load the additional info for the others - it's a file mode after all - showing you your files, not your movies.
