i seem to have a strange problem with non-game software for my xbox: all apps (counts in evolutionx and xbmc/xbmp as well) don't fit on the tv screen.
my xbox and tv are both set for pal, in the xbmc menu the screen is configured as "pal 4:3" which should work for me. this only applies to menus, the movies are displayed correctly (i used the calibration to set my screen proportions but that works only for the video sources that are played with xbmc). my games are displayed correct.
does anyone know how to handle this problem? thanks in advance for any help. i hope this post fits in this forum altough my problem is not xbmc specific.
