Im in the dark here. My WMC is configured. I have the client configured as well on xbmc. The server says i have 670 channels found, 3 tuners found. Totals of items transferred to clients are all zeros. It's listing all my clients.

It wasn't working for me at the beginning, it worked, then it stopped working again. What am i missing?

I'm not sure what is going on either, but It looks like for some reason all your channel ID numbers have changed. Try resetting the pvr database in the xbmc settings and see if the problem goes away.

I have reconfigured xbmc three times since I lament the logs but no juice. Should the app update and modify changes made to setup. I will google how to reset the database and start from scratch again.

Resetting the pvr database in xbmc is in settings>live tv>General

No changes. The problem is on the server side. It's not transferring any data to the client. Well it doesn't seem to have anything to transfer.

I am about to try to do the following:
Reset WMC back to default
Unistall WMC Server
Reboot

Reconfigure WMC
Reinstall WMC Server and reconfigure it.

Let me know if you think that would make a difference. I don't want to go do all that if it won't matter.

before you do all that. Have you tried starting wmc and playing a live-tv channel, just to make sure the wmc database didn't get hosed somehow? Also, is the date/time correct on your client machine?

After checking this, can you restart serverwmc. Then start your xbmc client and after the xbmc client stops copying data from the server, post a link to that server log (don't open any live tv streams)? In the last log you posted I don't see where the xbmc requested the channel list.

First off, I found that my channel logging for drm has a bug, in the initial pass it reports that only 5 channels have drm, but in reality it looks like they all do (not good news). If you skip down to GetChannels (the second pass) it appears that all of your channels (as near as I can tell) are drm'd. For example:

2013/12/01 15:18:42.623 GetChannels> DRM channel found: WNYW/5 drm: PROT_COPY_ONCE

To test, record a wtv file off of one of these channels and see if you can play it xbmc, if its really drm'd you won't be able to. This doesn't explain why you said it worked before, but if its all drm'd now, then I guess your service changed.

I set this up last night. I was up all night trying to get it to work. Midnight it worked once and then stopped working. I don't think things would of changed that quickly. I am watching a channel right now in WMC. I am able to watch the channels using the hdhomerun quickplay app as well as AVMC for ipad (a striped down version of xbmc for ios).

I also want to brought to your attention that when i add the hdhomerun to xbmc as videos > files > UPNP > hdhomerun
The channels return a failed playback, which according to this thread is a known issue in xbmc. But last night, that one time the wmc server worked, xbmc upnp channels also worked. Now both doesn't work. My AVMC app on my ipad still works.

And yes i can playback a recorded file in xbmc. See picture link

Just tested with gotham that the channels are playing using upnp as stated in the thread. WMC Server still doesn't work.

Sorry, for right now anyway, I am stumped as to why the channels are being flagged as copy-once.
