@MGNut  you now have to go into the add-on's settings and check the Versions button to see if 19.0.3  shows up.  If it does select it and follow the prompts to download and update it.    If there are no versions available you can wait for it.

Alternatively what I do to move this along is stop Kodi and the go to the database folder /userdata/Database and renumber the Addons##.db fiile so that Kodi reloads it.  Not sure of any downsides to doing this but it has never caused me problem,

IIRC, I don't think you need to do that.
If a manually installed addon is the same as one in the repo, Kodi will continue to update it.

@Karellen at one time yes,  but reading what @phunkyfish told me here https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2969947 I think it needs the manual update unless I misunderstood what "pinned" meant earlier on in that thread.

I downloaded and installed v19.2 via zip from the mirrors.

An update was immediately available from the Available Updates screen. I let it sit there for a few minutes but it did not auto-update. Instead I selected Install All Updates...

I think auto update is only once per day. So likely you would need to wait 24 hours for it to auto install.

I prefer debug logs to images anyway since I trust you that it isn't working, logs explain why.  Generally it is installing pvr.nextpvr without installing the NextPVR Server but if you have the configuration web pages running it could be as simple as the PIN.  I have seen you on the CE forum and I can tell you this will work with the GT King II.  These steps on the CE wiki might help get you going https://wiki.coreelec.org/coreelec:nextpvr

That snippet doesn't really help, they rarely do, so please see the Kodi link on posting debug logs.  However it still appears that NextPVR server is not running and so I am not sure you have connected to the web configuration page yet.  If you have, best to post the NextPVR logs on the NextPVR forum if not you need to keep pvr.nextpvr disabled until you have configured it.

Since Pvr Next is not installed,I can't connect to the web configuration page yet.
I also look at SFTP, but it doesn't appear in add-ons.

OK you didn't install in the appropriate order.  Install and configure the server then install the addon.  In your case go to the CoreElec repo, and under Services you should find NextPVR Server.   You should follow the wiki link in post #25 https://wiki.coreelec.org/coreelec:nextpvr and it has additional links to other references to help you.  https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/LibreElec

Currently the package has only been released for LE11 and CE20 but they work the same way.  Here is a video showing the proper order https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id7naL4tBKo  Note that you would need to configure your tuners before testing, and then install the EPG.  Manual installs will work for LE10 and CE19

Note you still don't have debug logging set for Kodi and it looks like pvr.hts is set for autoplay.  If that is the case NextPVR may not be able to access the tuning device.
