i see a ~95 second delay between (enter pressed) what appears to be video starting, line 2716-2733

"CAESinkAUDIOTRACK::Deinitialize" seems to take most of that time at 54 seconds which i don't think can be changed
then onedrive and google drive syncs are in that same block of time

i might try disabling those 2 addons and see if there's an improvement

if not then maybe one of the devs can figure out why that deinit takes so long

I’ve disabled them, no improvement, i also timed exactly how long between pressing play and it playing, the wait was 2 minutes 40 seconds

well.........if other media loads fine from that drive then the only other reason I see is how House files are ripped. So do some comparison between House and something that works and see if that gets you anywhere. You can use mediainfo for that or some other tool. Just use some more advanced view with more details.

from the log it looks like the audio hardware is taking forever to initialize

i don't know how to dig any further is why i was hoping a developer could take a look
even if only to confirm or suggest a more detailed logging since from the log kodi is idle during the wait time
