i had no idea how to set up the video cache settings anyway and whenever i tried i made it worse....... guess i one of the stupid ones that needs protecting by having the settings removed

I get that someone could mess things up, but it seems like this is a pretty important setting (like, you can't play certain stuff w/o it), and should be in the UI under some Advanced Settings Use At Your Own Risk or something.

Any problems if I write a program plugin to allow customising the cache settings? Obviously if anyone wanting to shoot themselves in the foot they will have to use my gun :-)
