Whatgift Wrote:I have a problem with the update - the background now has large versions of the icons used in the skin showing, even when a custom background is on. Basically it means there is 2 overlapping pictures showing at the same time, and I can't seem to turn the icon show off.
Does someone know how it can be turned off?
My bad, I accidentally double-copied all the default icons into the skins default folder and that's why the icons were in the background. Deleting the wrongly-placed files fixed it.

I know some people have commented to the contrary, but I love the "bare" nature of the home screen, since I have a slideshow of digital photos playing in the background.
I've "tweaked" the skin more to my tastes, this is in PAL 16x9 mode, what do you think?
I'm not an expert, but playing around with the home.xml file was quite simple and effective.
This is definitely my favourite skin at the moment, thanks Smokehead!

I love this skin so much...the only part that I have an issue with is when I set content for TV shows. The two radio button lines "Automatic Scan", etc is sitting over the top of the list of sources?
Any thoughts?

...oh, and is there any way to have the extra manu functions without the popup icons?

I`ve been using this skin for a while, and i love it, but recently i encountered a problem.
I have now installed build rev9424 of T3CH, and i tried to upgrade last night to rev9662, everything works ok, but the volume bar progress image is not overlapping correctly with the volume bar container image, i noticed that it's not the xml, but when i actually change the XBMC default.xbe to the rev9424 build, it works correctly again.
Did something change in XBMC on how it handles layers in skins or something?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
Many thanks.

Unfortunately this skin is broken in numerous ways now (probably due to changes in the skinning engine). Hope Smokehead has time to look at it again some day as it was always my fav.

Thanks so much, it does work, although it's not properly aligned. I am actually running 720p.
So the problem is dialogvolumebar.xml? i'll try maybe playing with it see if i can aling it properly in 720p. It al least overlaps properly now.
I wish this skins was still being updated, i tried many other but none can compare, at least not yet.
Thanks again.
