Yes, it's the last thing is missing right now to be a full usable MOD.
Thanks again for your work. You're creating an amazing skin.

I think I found it. Line 22 into the IncludesMainMenu.xml. Change <left>-110</left> to <left>-190</left>.

It looks OK now.

Possible bug: I rename an existing submenu, for example "concerts" to "test". When I assign "test" to a menu that doesn't appear.

Mudislander, great to see that you are back and working on a helix version of CCM. Have been trying lots of other skins with Kodi Helix, but have been using Angelinas mod of CCM as I can't find anything else that works nearly as good as your skin.

One thing I'd like to see in the helix version is to have at least 7 icon add-on shortcuts, or even better, two rows of 5 or 7.

As well having the ability to use video nodes for add-on shortcuts would help me clean up my favourites. Having the same options available for add-on shortcuts as submenus would be great.

Lastly being able to switch between a horizontal and vertical menu would be cool. I assume that's a lot more coding though than you are willing to get into.

Again, glad to see your back, going to be downloading the skin from your github right away.

@jcorsaut Will not be doing a vertical menu for this mod as trying to stay as close to Confluence as possible also for that reason will not have 2 rows of addons although I'm willing to look at squeezing in 7 addons as that seems to be a popular request ATM.

Video nodes should be working, must admit used old Hybrid code and I haven't checked it Wink

Github version should now have submenus working, so intend to play around and test code before creating a repo in the next couple of days.

As usual shoutout if you think something is not working.

Hi

Looking great so far Big Grin, most things i've played with so far seem to work fine, one thing i cant find though is when i add tv shows to videos and then go to add a home menu item, the tv shows item is not in the list from select menu item. it used to appear in that list after i had added tv shows but its not appearing at all.

Thanks

Yeah all are great, i just installed from github and is working including submenus.
@Mudislander you consider to make the playing video to go to background when we see something from pvr or a video and we hit back to main menu? Atm i hear sound only.

@Pillze will look at it tomorrow sometime, one thing different from what I usually do is that as per original Confluence if TVShows are not set as library content and added to library then menu item TVShows doesn't show.

@bluechris Will look at it - I think if you're playng a video behind the main menu then it should show through.

I've noticed a bug or two - Fanart backgrounds not showing for Playlist items on Main Menu and also code for Addons on the home screen is not completed.

Great to see this mod.
The most important feature for me is customizable menu.
Next it's important for me to quickly identify the newest items and unfinished items - i do this by separate shortlists, so script for displaying covers above menu is enough.
The last one I need is better favourites. I would like to ask if it's possible to make favourites menu better. Now it's flat and having many items it's hard to find what you need. Some grouping (additional level) would be nice.

Yeah number one on my list is a main menu of items I want there.

Problem with favourites is you can't do that much with it - Unless a script has appeared in my absence. I'll have a look at SuperFavourites when I get a chance.

What sort of items do you want grouping for? Maybe there is another way.

Hi

No need to look at this, the tvshows menu item is working fine Smile

I can't enable "Enable Fanart Script". How centralised fanart directory is supposed to work?

As for favourites i would dived it for a few groups like shows, tales, series, gym etc. I looked at SuperFavourities and it seems quite good, so support for it would be nice.
Edit: i played with this add-on and it's great. It would be nice to have an option to switch Kodi favourites into this plug-in, so choosing asterisk would lead to this plug-in.
The best would be replace default "add to favourites" with adding to this plug-in, but is it possible?

Mudislander, took a look at your github version as it stands right now. Most things look great, but having the add-on shortcuts menu exactly like it was in CCM for gotham is a must for me. In your gotham version you had them labelled "user selection one addon set" through to ten. Were also able to add favourites as well as video, program, music, etc. addons to any of the user selections. If it easy to code, using the "submenu choices" menu system in add-on shortcuts would be great.

Otherwise looking quite brilliant as usual.
